Hello and happy new year to you all!
With a new year, comes a new year resolution.
It became painfully clear to me that 2024 has not been a productive year for the blog and the patreon. And for that I apologize.
But actions speak louder than words! So I've decided to set some goals for the coming year:
More finished animations.
I'll be putting in an extra effort to finish up all the WIP animations that I've shared so far (there's alot of them!).
Ideally, all new animations from now on will be similar to my latest animation, meaning a short video with sound, with all angles rendered seperately. Patrons get early access and lot's of bonus variants of that animation.Patreon rework, more public content.
I've mentioned a rework of the patreon page before which will be the following:
I want to put more emphasis on bonus content rather than the current patreon page, which feels very bloated and lackluster in a lot of cases.
So I've decided to move a lot of the fat/clutter to a public mega folder that will be available for everyone.
I do this to avoid radio silence and be more active for non-patrons while avoiding the WIP clutter on the patreon page.
Patrons will get extra bonus and more polished content in compensation.
There will no changes to the price and tiers.
These are the 2 major goals for the year for now.
If time allows it and all things go well I might start dabbling into more "story" driven short videos like I used to do back in the goldshire diary days. But I'm not making any promises on that.
I'm currently close to finishing up a new animation, which I'll be posting later this week!
Also the bigger project that I've teased earlier is currently on hiatus for now, it'll still be worked on, but it's currently not the highest priority - just letting it know for those who wondered!
There will be more news to follow, but I've babbled enough already for now!
